Planet’s Pick Creamed Coconut is a non-dairy alternative, which is produced by finely grinding the dried kernel of the coconut. Unlike other coconut products, our Creamed Coconut contains all the nutrients of coconuts, and is packed in a pouch for your convenience. Coconut Milk
Coconuts are so intrinsically tied to Sri Lankan cuisine, and Planet’s Pick Coconut Milk celebrates that special culinary connection. We only use fresh, fragrant and locally sourced coconuts in making our Coconut Milk, which is then safely canned within minutes. It’s healthy and organic, as well as rich and creamy, which makes it a great non-dairy alternative.

Extra Live Virgin Coconut Oil
Planet's Pick is the only producer in Sri Lanka that produces Extra Live Virgin Coconut Oil from fresh coconut milk. We use a high-tech centrifuge process, which separates the oil from the coconut milk, through a high-speed automated spinning process without any human contact.

Coconut Flour is produced from solid material left after extraction of virgin coconut oil and do drying and milling. It has a cream to very light brown colour fine powder, free from burnt/discoloured particles and taste characteristic to mild coconut taste.

Coconut Chips Raw
Organic Coconut Chips are obtained by drying the sliced white meat of the coconut kernel. It is free from other discoloration and free from any burn discolored particles except paring particles.
It has a coconut taste, shall not be cheesy, smoky, soapy sour and other undesirable flavors and natural coconut white color. This characteristic is the coconut odour and free from any objectionable odours and a dry crispy texture. This is the product of choice for kitchen preparation as much as for sweet applications.

Coconut Chips Toasted
Organic Toasted coconut chips are a tasty organic snack made from the shredded, dried meat of the mature coconut. This is then dried and passes through several sieves to reduce clumping and ensure size consistency. The raw coconut chips are then gently oven-toasted to derive at the yummy and crunchy snack.
Organic Toasted coconut chips can also be sprinkled over cakes, used as ingredients in chocolate bars, and are an ideal ingredient for raw vegan recipes
